Job Description
Guide and coach team members in advancing the compliance agenda. Periodically review the Operations Handbook (OH) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure adherence to the Master Circular on “Customer Service at Banks.” Review risk events, frauds, branch/ATM complaints, and incidents, coordinating with teams for gap analysis and process improvement. Manage stakeholder expectations within the governance framework. Collate and sample review the Branch Daily and Monthly Operations Checklists. Revise insurance limits and prepare data on Cash Retention Limit (CRL) breaches. Review, test, and coordinate the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) process. Compile required internal and regulatory reports. Coordinate with branches for statutory and concurrent audits. Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) at both common and unit levels. Collaborate with compliance and business units for transaction-related requirements and deviations.

Experience:
10+ years of Compliance experience in Banking Industry
Knowledge of banking and financial services regulations/circulars
Knowledge on all regulations of RBI.
Sound knowledge of the overall banking environment (primarily pertaining to both Retail & Corporate Banking.
